I love making a copycat version of Olive Garden’s Zuppa Toscana in our house. I had so much fun creating a casserole version of this recipe and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! Ingredients
9 oz. package of bacon
1 lb mild italian sausage
5 small russet potatoes
1 small diced yellow onion
6 minced garlic cloves
4 cups chopped kale
4 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
1 teaspoon salt
