I love making a copycat version of Olive Garden’s Zuppa Toscana in our house. I had so much fun creating a casserole version of this recipe and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! It is a hearty and savory casserole that can be served for dinner but also has all of the elements to serve as a unique breakfast casserole. A downloadable PDF is located at the bottom of the page. Ingredients

  • 9 oz. package of bacon

  • 1 lb mild italian sausage

  • 5 small russet potatoes

  • 1 small diced yellow onion

  • 6 minced garlic cloves

  • 4 cups chopped kale

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt
